WHY DOES MY DESIGN TAKE 4-6 WEEKS?

Fair question, and we promise the wait is worth it. Each piece is custom-made just for you, so like all couture-adjacent things, it just takes a little time. The goods news is that once your order is placed, we will be updating you with your jewelry journey so you will know exactly where in the process your piece(s) are.

CAN YOU DO A CUSTOM COLOR?

We LIVE for custom colors and have plenty on offer that we don’t currently show. Reach out by sending an email to bonjour@petite-frites.com––we would be tickeled to discuss your color idea. (Inspo thoughts…Glitter! Neon! Pearlescent!)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Hear us out…due to the custom nature of each of our pieces, we do not allow for returns. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to bonjour@petite-frites.com so we can make it right.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW MY RING SIZE?

Easy solve. You can access and print out a digital ring sizer here or, we are happy to send you a physical ring sizer. If you prefer a physical ring sizer, request one here.

WHAT COLOR AND CLARITY DIAMONDS ARE USED?

At Petite Frites, we believe in using top-tier HPHT lab-grown diamonds with a color grading of F and G (colorless and near colorless), and a clarity grading of VS (flaws very slightly included). To provide better context, we made this handy diamond chart.

*Remember, as with mined diamonds, both colorless and flawless lab-grown diamonds are extremely rare.
