RING SIZE GUIDE

After you have placed your online order, you will receive an order confirmation with details on what you can expect. We ask that you allow 4-6 weeks from the date of your order for it to be fulfilled. Each piece is custom-made just for you, so like all couture-adjacent things, it just takes a little time. Keep an eye on your inbox for order updates and see where in its journey your jewelry is. 

Have an idea for a piece? Don’t see the enamel color you’d like? Perhaps you’d like a size we don’t currently offer? Reach out by sending an email to bonjour@petite-frites.com. We would be happy to discuss creating a custom piece for you.

Petite Frites offers complimentary shipping and handles all import duties and fees. We ship out of New York City via UPS. We ship 'Signature Required' and insure your pieces against their value in the event that anything happens in transit. Should you choose to waive your signature requirement, please reach out to UPS to arrange that request. Once your piece has shipped we will send an email with detailed tracking information. We ask that you please allow 5 business days to receive your order.

Due to the custom nature of each of our pieces, we do not currently allow for returns. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to bonjour@petite-frites.com so that we can strive to meet your expectations.

Normal “wear and tear” is to be expected with all jewelry––these are beautiful items that you live in––so scratches are to be expected. To stave off any wear-and-tear for as long as possible, we recommend that you keep your pieces in the provided jewelry pouch, preferably without other jewelry.

If your piece has any enamel details, keep the piece out of extreme heat and cold, as the enamel can expand and contract, and possibly crack. It is rare, but it is possible. Avoid letting your enamel pieces come into direct contact with alcohol-based products (hand sanitizer, hair spray, nail polish remover, perfumes, and lotions), dyes, and oils.
