Ordering
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with details on what you can expect. Each piece is custom-made just for you, so like all couture-adjacent things, it just takes a little time. We ask that you allow us about 4 weeks to work on your piece. Keep an eye on your inbox for order updates and see where in its journey your jewelry is.
Have an idea for a piece? Don’t see the enamel color you’d like? Want to buy a loose diamond? Need a size we don’t currently offer? Reach out via our contact us page or by sending an email to bonjour@petite-frites.com. We would be happy to discuss creating a custom piece for you.

Jewelry Care
Like all fine jewelry, normal “wear and tear” is to be expected. These are beautiful items that you live in, so scratches and scuffs may be inevitable. To stave off any wear-and-tear for as long as possible, we recommend that you keep your pieces in the provided jewelry pouch, preferably without other jewelry. We also find it is best not to sleep in jewelry as pieces can get caught mid-snooze.
If your piece has any enamel details, keep the piece out of extreme heat and cold, as the enamel can expand and contract, and possibly crack. It is rare, but it is possible. Also avoid letting your enamel pieces come into contact with alcohol-based products (hand sanitizer, hair spray, nail polish remover, perfumes, and lotions), dyes, and oils.
Ring Sizing
There are two ways we can help you get your rings size. You can grab a ruler and consult this handy chart we made, or, we can send you a complimentary ring sizer that will be yours to keep. If you would like a ring sizer, simply request one via our contact us page or by sending an email to bonjour@petite-frites.com.
Materials & Manufacturing
We are pretty global over here. All Petite Frites pieces are designed in New York, Los Angeles, or Austin, TX and are hand made in India by RJC-certified artisans.
At Petite Frites, we strive to use the best materials possible so all pieces are crafted using 18K SCS-certified recycled yellow and white gold. For working parts, like our clasps, that need to stay stronger we use 10K gold for prolonged functional use.
At Petite Frites, we believe in using top-tier HPHT lab-grown diamonds with a color grading of F and G (colorless and near colorless), and a clarity grading of VS (flaws very slightly included). To provide better context, we made this handy diamond chart.
*Remember, as with mined diamonds, both colorless and flawless lab-grown diamonds are extremely rare.
